How it works. On sign-in the app calls GET /api/users on the Worker, which reads the board with the server-stored monday token and caches the result for ~60s. Writes that change a user purge the cache, so the actor sees changes immediately; others within the minute. Refresh users forces a fresh read (bypasses the cache) — same effect as the global Refresh button (top-right). No public file or external sync is involved.

It runs automatically on the 1st of each month (Cloudflare Worker cron) — this is the single source that writes both Leave Credits and the Accrued (YTD) column. To adjust an individual balance, edit Leave Credits on the employee’s record (Employees → edit), which writes to the live board. (There is no manual org-wide “run now” — the cron is authoritative, and a manual run would risk double-accrual.)
